On monday I ran 3 miles @ 7:45 pace and the next day i did not feel too bad but after a half mile my knee started flaring up and I walked back to the house.
I am pretty much content with I wont be running again until the new year and although I am going to make a point out of not gaining any weight and maybe lose some, it will still be hard starting back again from what will bea 2month lay off. Perhaps I can savage the track season maybe by the end of April and May and run some prs.
